Been coming here for years. The veterinarian "Hamish" is a champion. Reception staff are always lovely. 5 star easy decision. Will keep coming here as long as I'm living in Canberra for.

This vet has saved my dogs lives and maintained tbem giving them an extra few years longer now.twins rocko n lateah..staff and vets are a bunch of life saving terrific people..blessings to them all.k

There's no place like this vet, ie the best of the best

Have vets that have no idea what they are doing! My dog was about to die and was so unwell and they gave the wrong medication diagnosing him with something else and EVEN the wrong dosage of that medication! It's concerning!! It made my dog worse! He was diagnosed with another medical condition and if I kept him overnight he'd be dead! I went to this vet a few times in the last few days and they had no idea what was wrong even though I told them the symptoms.

Friendly staff and very knowledgeable Vets.

They are still going thru their refurbishment but that doesn't detract from the support they give you and your pet.

They also do pet grooming which seems to be very popular based on the number of people dropping off or picking up their pet.

West Queanbeyan vet is a highly professional, highly organised and friendly veterinary hospital.

I have had my puppy in several times now for dog immunisations and a few other "puppy issues" and have walked away very happy with diagnosis, overall efficiency and general establishment feel (very positive).

They are prepared to go that little bit extra to ensure the wellbeing of the animal which gives piece of mind also.

As a business owner myself I am very happy to reccomend such an establishment and compliment all the staff in their roles.

Sub note: I must say It's nice to see that the staff still get mesmerised by a cute puppy/animal even though they must see so many cute animals throughout their everyday vet routine. Goes to show they enjoy their working environment and that certainly is represented well in their customer service.

I have been taking my dog to Brett for over 3 years as he was dealt a real lemon of health in life. Brett quickly diagnosed Addison's disease and went well above his duties to ensure he understood exactly every requirement that Jasper needed. Recently Jasper suffered a very severe sudden decline in health and Brett and Hamish were both very supportive through the diagnosing process as well as giving us our decisions on what was best for Jasper with out judgement. Thanks again guys and hope not to see you so frequently with our next baby (in the best possible way) Love your work! I have never had a bill shock from them, and I think they are reasonably well prices as far as vets go, but the care outweighs the price!
