Good prices, quick turnaround, good service

Parking on site, cheaper than competitors, the store presentation wasn't great, but the end product (wash, dry, fold service) was great. Thank you!

Under new owners , they are lovely, place is a lot better and cleaner, have coin operated machines that make it easy to get in and out and cheaper to do your own washing if you want, they do dry cleaning to :)

The people their is friendly and honest, you have to make sure you want to let them wash your staff , they need more time which ok if I can drop off and do some work around and later I pick them up. The look after you . The work their look like a family business, so just smile and speak friendly you will treated well. I like to deal with them as they always advice me about my staff and charge me cheap compare to those on market who suck our pocket.

Its the cheapest place in Wollongong by a large margin, and ive found the lady who works there to be very helpful. I once was short on cash and she was fine with me paying the following week.
The only issue i have is that it is only open on weekdays and not the weekend.

Took my queen size mink blanket here because my machine is to small. It was 75mins till closing when i came in and asked if they would clean it. The woman was very short with me explaining that if i wanted to get it back tonight i had to be back no later then 70mins. I explained that i lived literally across the st and the only reason i was going there was cause it won't fit in my machine. She then ranted because i didn't have laundry powder & softener despite the fact i was not only paying to use her's but was getting overcharged to do so.

She then went on a rant about if i had a dollar for every customer that said they would be here when i said blah blah blah. I left and not wanting to be late came back after 60mins only to walk thru the door to have her say rudely "your blanket isn't ready yet!" when i said I know I just didn't want to hold her up she when back on her rant about people never turning up when they say they will. The machine ends and before the machine has even stopped beeping she started going off at me for wasting time. So i got my item threw it in the basket all the while being told to hurry up.

would i go back? no, not unless i had to get the blanket cleaned again and needed it done that day and have less then 2 hours in which to do it. the blanket was clean and I was fine with being over charged for the powder/softener (that's just the cost for not bringing my own) but to be so rude to my face when i'm giving them my business. I get people want to go home on time but you can't take peoples business then turn around and cuss them out about how you don't need their business despite the fact I left 5 mins before close
