Lady attending the blood test were really harsh, hurts my wife arm.

Just dont bother. I went in for my very first pregnancy ultrasound. The lady did it in 5 minutes. Did not show us the heartbeat or beautiful baby in the womb. Everything was as it should be but the experience was horrendous. So cold and disengaging. Ive sent in a complaint and will update this if they try and mediate this experience. I am so absolutely gutted. This is meant to be a joyous experience and it was absolutely diminished by the technician who was in a hurry.

cheeky staff tell me over the phone they close at 5pm then upon arrival find out they stop xrays at 430pm. thanks!

Bad customer service on the phone. I told the operator that there is something wrong with their phone system as It keeps disconnecting everytime i call their number and the operator just rudely brushed me off with "Yeah o right" and then complained with her shouting voice that she cant hear me.. If Julie can be more customer service oriented I would have given them more stars.
