Sales staff are friendly and very helpful. Made the purchase of my L6 gsxr1000 very smooth and painless back in December. And also let me test the new gsxr and the busa recently, as I am considering an upgrade when the time is right.

Service staff were also very approachable and welcoming to my needs in regards to warranty work. Being a mechanic, it's good to know they never tried to pull the wool over my eyes and were 100% honest and upfront.

Great collection and good prices, but unfortunately lack of service. After asking about the product the staff is pretty quick to duck behind the counter and chit and chat. I bought some stuff which was on sale for me missus regardless of no service present its was a great bargain.

Very bad experience. Purchased a Nice CBR300R from the sales teams back in November 2016, only to find that there was a safety recall placed on the bike in July 2016, when questioned why I was sold a bike with a known safety recall, they stated that according to their records they were unsure whether or not the repair on the recall part had been performed. What annoys me is that after the first 2 months of use, I took the machine in for its first service and nothing was said about this recall. It was only after using the bike for 6 months I received a letter from Honda stating that the unit needed​ a part recalled. When speaking to Darren, one of the managers there, about this issue. He stated that unfortunately humans make mistakes but luckily they are willing​ to repair the unit for me at no charge. I would never buy from them again. I am even hesitate of taking my bike in for them to service it any more.

That being said after speaking to Honda and complaining, Matt in service was great. Did the repair same day dropped in @ 9am and picked up @ 5pm.

Matt has always looked after the servicing and tyre needs of bikes for me. Competent and professional. Some folks seem to rock up and expect a 45 minute chat, but it's a busy place, not the f@cking coffee club! 4 stars all day...genuine parts have never been an issue to get, they've always sent me a txt and updated me either way. Spidi gear is not cheap, but it's the best and the staff were happy to advise and assist. Happily recommend Westerns to others...

Worst experience ive had with a workshop in awhile. Infact they are not mechanics...anyone can plug a computer into a bike and say the bike needs oil, but a real mechanic will look at it and actually see that...
Never again will i go to these's butcher's again.

The people at westerns motorcycles are the best in the business, alway great customer service always willing to go that extra mile to help I have bought 2 bikes from them and I won't go anywhere else they are really dedicated to there customers in every aspect of the shop mitch is a great sales man so helpful the boss Darren is a wonderful man an helpful to everyone.
