*Mental Health First Aid* The Standard Mental Health First Aid course teaches adults (18 years and over) how to provide initial support to other adults who are developing a mental illness or experiencing a mental health crisis. Participants will learn about the signs and symptoms, how to provide initial help, where and how to get professional help, what sort of help has been shown by research to be effective, and how to provide first aid in a crisis situation. Patchwork Quilting by Damiana Arena During this course, you will be exposed to a range of Quilting techniques inclusive of Embroidery, Applique and Patchworking. Your skills will be honed through undertaking a personal project with options available inclusive of a cushion cover or a table runner.
