Terms & Conditons relating to 'Western Sydney Detailing - Statement of Work' document.

By signing and or verbally agreeing the ‘Western Sydney Detailing Statement of Work’, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions below. Western Sydney Detailing (WSD)

You are agreeing that any documented /recorded damages or defects (example: Heavy Scratch, Dent, Paint Fade etc) that are on the vehicle with inspection, occurred on the vehicle prior to WSD commencing any work /service on your vehicle.
You are agreeing that WSD is not responsible of these current damages or defects.
As we use highly professional methods to complete the service /job on your vehicle, that during our process, in the case of the unlikely event of further defects or damages occurring that relate to the original defects /damages shown on the current signed statement, that WSD is not liable or responsible. In the case of the current defects /damages not being removed as it can be out of WSD’s ability and may require further work from a Panel Beater or other professional, WSD is will not be liable for paying.

By signing this document, you are also agreeing and understanding that there are risks involved in the cleaning, detailing and protection process that could potentially, in the very unlikely event, damage or create defects in your vehicle. WSD will assist, but will not be responsible in rectifying these damages /defects.
