I have visited many car yards in Sydney, but I found this yard to have very good quality cars that are immaculate both inside and out. I was also quite surprised with how negotiable their prices are. When looking at a vehicle, I encourage customers to look at the market & Redbook before purchasing a car, to understand the value of the vehicle you are purchasing and this will give you negotiating power. You will find that some of the time Western Toyota vehicles are the most competitively priced in the market and most of the time you will find Western Toyota vehicles are quite competitively priced. Other advantages of buying from Western Toyota is that they are part of the Suttons Group, which is the largest family owned Automotive business in Australia.

Lots of mixed reviews on this place. Personally, buying the hilux was probably one of the best experiences in buying a new car, that I have had - sales guys could see straight away that I was ready to buy, took it serious, and at the end of it, I walked out feeling that I got the best price possible - thats what is important to me. I even changed my mind on some options after the deal was done; no problems, they sorted me out.

Finance was most competitive out of all of my shopping as well, as was the insurance.

Service division; yes, it is very busy, I guess a testament to the work they do ...? I have had one or two minor issues outside of service period with the car; sorted out in minutes, not hours. Staff are helpful and are down to business in the morning, moving as quick as possible. Follow up texts, phone calls when service is done, never missed a promised time - cant complain, will be getting my next Toyota here as well, based on the experience. See you for the 40k tomorrow!

Edit: All good. Free shuttle bus + return up to 8km. The drive-in reception is good too, no need to park. The entry from woodville rd is tricky though :p from west lane only.

I took my Hybrid Camry for a service - first time - to Western Toyota at Guildford. It was a major service. The team at Western Toyota did a great job and very happy with it. Jay and the whole team were very helpful, good communication and did qualilty professional job on my vehicle. Very much impressed with their detailed services. They did the car wash as well which was a pleasent surprise. Free courtesy bus driver is very friendly and helpful too. I highly recommend this Western Toyota Service centre. I am a very happy customer !!!!

If your looking at purchasing a vehicle from here stay away. Spoke to a guy named Matthew who thought I was window shopping and did not take me seriously, so I told him that I wanted to speak to his superior in regards to buying a certain vehicle. His superior was a great guy though I made my mind up that I did not want my business here, so I ended up buying from Sydney City Waterloo who hands down had the best service!

Very much Impressed with service from Western Toyota. Sam has been very helpful with his suggestions. He followed up with detailed information for any replacement of parts that were needed and cleared all my doubts. Highly recommended.

I took my Camry to Western Toyota for its 45,000km service and the team did a great job - it feels like a new car again.
They rang me early in the afternoon to let me know the car was ready for pick up early. They also washed the car which I wasn't expecting.
All in all a good experience - good communication, quality work and genuine parts.
Highly recommend this Toyota service centre.
