I was put on the waiting list and was told it would be more than a year before I see a dentist. A year later, I called up to check my status, only to be told by a rude staff member that I had been taken off the list because I didn't respond to a letter which I never received.

It takes forever for them to pick up the phone. It's take me 3hours to get a filling done what a joke !! I strongly recommend not to visit this place. Recently went back there again in December 2016 making enquiries. I was served by some Rude and unfriendly Triage Nurses and Receptionist, one is Indian with long fuzzy hair the other one Aussie with long blonde curly hair. Ridiculous no wearing name tags bet they know they are bitches that's why. Friendly dentist unfortunately bad receptionists and dental assistants. Feel sorry for the tax payers wasting their hard earn money on trash !! I would rather pay money get friendly service than put on with these sour faces bitches!!!

Sprakle ec : it takes 3 hours to get a filing because it's done by students who are under supervision, that's why you get the work done for free, beggars can't be choosers. If you want the work done faster then go pay for it in a private surgery like everybody else! Gets something for free then complains about it, you're a real winner bud !
