Just spent 20 minutes queuing in bank with a simple enquiry. Two tellers with complicated transactions and no one on enquiry desk. Queue nearly to the door. Not good enough!

With the new opening time changed, but still not yet to open at sat morning 9:53, and a really bad attitude of explaining that, I can t give it more that 1star, it makes ppl feel the westpac is like a chain restaurant.

Very bad service from the manager to the bank staff. I left my mobile inside bank ATM . Only five minute come back for that . It is gone . I am so anxious all my bank details in the phone . The bank manager ask me to walk to police station to report . No one even help me to call police . Every where in the bank has camera. No one help me . The staff bad attitude seems not their busses. No one even let me borrow the phone. Very bad experience. When I got back home straight cancelled Westpac account.

Closed the bank then later removed deposits from the atm then the atm is offline a lot or doesn’t have money to give worst service.

I have been with Westpac for over 10 years. I have been following my banker between branches, but I adore the team at Wallsend. They are friendly and professional. I always go to this branch now. I also find it very helpful to be able to use the ATM to deposit cash and cheques after hours.
My only issue is the opening hours, but I just work around those.

Very quiet bank with few customers however the staff are poorly trained and have lack of cultural awareness. It doesn't help when the staff raises their voice and talk louder to convey their message to customers that have a NESB. I am not happy with how Jess spoke to me today and this is the first time that I have such a negative experience at a Westpac branch.

Please never visit this centre, Once loans is settled you will get zero service. No value of customer service from this specific centre. Stay away.

Need more staff, very long waiting times!

Been waiting 47 minutes now just to replace my card which stopped working! It's not even busy... There's literally only about 3-4 people inside and yet when I came inside no service, there was no one in the enquire desk and no one telling how long I still need to wait 😡

the Indian/Asian looking female staff is very rude. While I was enruiry ing about the reason of a $5.00 surcharge, her explaination was : you have been charged be cause our system charge you.

Very poor customer service and rudeness from the cashier , the Manager was also rude , will not be going there again . Normally customer service is pretty good at Westpac , however this is the worst customer service I have ever come across , if the staff do not enjoy interacting with customers , then they should leave and find another job.There is no excuse for rudeness.

So I take the Saturday morning off to go into the Branch to open a joint account with my girlfriend. They opened up the two accounts we didn't want. And after stating three times to have the debit cards sent to the branch for collection instead of home they arrive in my mail box at home.

I did state three times, DO NOT send to my home address as I have thieves who live in the same building who take cards. I find the staff untrained and lacking basic English and Australia is an English speaking country. Do not answer the phone to customers saying Ni Hao, we are not all Chinese.

Between the Westpac and the CBA.
God help us all.

Having a fire proof safe at home seems a better option, without the fees and dealing with uncultured people.

Staff was unhelpful and didn't appear to care about me as a customer. They couldn't help me fix the issue I had withdrawing a certain amount of cash. I ended up at Westpac Burwood and they easily fixed the problem that the guys at Strathfield couldn't. If you need a bank to go to just drive a couple of extra minutes to Burwood!

Staff members are very rude especially the Asian lady and the second in charge of the branch , very bad customer service when I made comments in relation to their customer service to lady who was second in charge of the branch at time she told to leave otherwise I ll call the police on you in front of other people. I contacted the westpac Headoffice on the same regarding this matter they have not got back to me until now

Staff there are very nice, but service proves to be very slow, there is a booth, and four stations, where individuals go up to do their business, but when i go there is rarely anyone in the booth, and only 2 people at the stations, and even then there are customers with business that take very long to get through, it would be more conveinient if there was more staff on hand, but service again is very pleasing
