We purchase both my engagement ring and our wedding bands at Whitakers. I cannot fault the quality of our rings, and the service was outstanding at every step in the process.

My fiancé was supported through the design process while designing a custom made engagement ring. The ladies at Whitakers are always happy for me to drop in to have my ring cleaned.

Our wedding bands are gorgeous! We were guided in choosing the styles, colours and sizes, and the whole process was stress-free.

Whitakers have been an absolute pleasure to deal with on every occasion. They assisted my fiancé with designing my beautiful engagement and wedding ring. Angie, Stephanie, Eden, Bartholemew- have all been extremely helpful to deal with, as well as genuinely seem to care about us! They all took time to assist with our needs, and their wealth of knowledge and attention to detail, along with good communication skills was something to set them apart from the larger chain jewellery shops.
