Cake Decorating Supplies:
We have a no refund policy on consumable items unless there is a manufacturers fault.

Wedding Cakes and Novelty Cakes:
Your cake booking is not secured unless you have paid a deposit. 20% for novelty cakes and 40% for wedding cakes is required. This deposit holds your booking and is non-refundable if you decide to cancel. We only take a certain amount of bookings a week.
Two weeks before your wedding the balance for your cake is due.
Balance of novelty cakes are due week before pickup. Photos of wedding and novelty cakes will be sent the evening before to confirm customer satisfaction.
