Melissa is an Accredited Practising Dietitian with a keen interest in helping people repair their relationship with food and their bodies using a non-diet approach.
Melissa is passionate about health and wellbeing, but also has personal experience overcoming the battle of a dieting mindset. Her empathic but open-minded nature makes her a great guide for people struggling with weight or eating concerns. She is a foodie at heart and believes that it is possible to have a healthy relationship with food, whilst still getting enjoyment and nourishment from eating.
With an extensive background in chronic disease prevention and management Melissa also has a keen interest in combining a non-diet approach and evidenced based medical nutrition therapy to reduce risk and improve quality of life with chronic conditions.
She is also a committed vegan and has first hand experience optimising intake with plant-based foods.
