Really helpful staff, specialise in Washers, dryers and oven/stoves. I had no issues getting the motor brushes I needed for my 10 year old dryer and at a reasonable price.

My 7 year old Westinghouse fridge started tripping the circuit breaker. Reset it and it ran fine for a few hours then would trip it again. Was about to buy a new fridge but then decided to get it looked at. Called Westinghouse who advised Wholesale Appliance Supplies were the preferred service agent in Newcastle. They came out the next day and I was expecting to be given a massive quote and waste my call out fee however the guy obviously knew what the problem was and even brought the correct part with him and had it back up and running in 15 minutes all for less than $200 so pretty happy with the service from this mob. For the record it was a faulty defrost element, call out and labour were $110 and part was $80 so pretty stoked I didn't have to waste my long weekend shopping for a new fridge.

Rang AEG to say still waiting for parts to be delivered to Wholesale Appliance so I can get my machine repaired. No parts had been ordered!

Disgraceful service. I have had issues with my fridge freezer for a few months. First visit claimed needed one part which took a while to arrive, then took ages to get service person to fit it. Part finally fitted and wrong one as the same issue still happening....needs another part and should be fitted this week. NO....service was not booked and person booked out so will have to wait another week with the same issue I rang about in the first place. My fridge is only 3 years old LG, not old decripit one. This is one company I will not use again. Has already cost over $300 and more to come.

This company has most arrogant and irresponsible staff.No one communicate with each other.My LG dishwasher has been with them to be fixed more than 3 weeks and i have rang them multiple times.You can't talk to technician straight but instead you are talking to call center which they have no ideas and they never get back to you.I wouldn't suggest any one to buy or repair anything through them.
