Welcome to Wholesome Health Chinese Medicine!

This page supports my Traditional Chinese Medicine practice, which operates from South West of Sydney. In my practice I specialise in women's health throughout the different life phases, with particular interest in fertility, postpartum care and supporting the transition through menopause. Another area which I am very passionate about is digestive health, including management of conditions like IBS, Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis etc. Other areas of interest include autoimmune condition and musculoskeletal health.

In my treatments I use Traditional Chinese herbal medicine (granules or raw herbs in some cases), acupuncture, auricular (ear) seeds, cupping and nutrition advice.

Training:
I completed a four year Bachelor of Applied Science (Traditional Chinese Medicine) at the university of Western Sydney. (2009)
As a part of my training I have undertaken three months of intensive training in the Jiangsu Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Nanjing, China.
