Got out of the shop this weekend as I honestly couldn’t remember the last time I’d had a day off. Went for a little bit of a walk to sublime point lookout, and all I can say is I’ll be sore tomorrow 😂😂😂 must have been 5000 steps and a few ladders to get up there 😂😂😂 but the view was definitely worth the walk

Spotted this sign today, how true it is! I remember seeing it as a kid. The truth is in this modern age everyone is looking for the cheapest price they can get on eBay or market place. The problem is that the guy who pays the cheapest price the first time often pays twice when the have to re do the job later on

With Cnc machines being common place these days you could be forgiven for thinking that everything is made on one these days. But we don’t all have a cnc at our disposal and sometimes you just have to turn to the manual mill to get things done. This is just a simple one off for a modified injected 5l manifold I’m working on tonight

We recently completed a few upgrades on Tim’s 13b turbo 1200 Datsun ute. First up we build a custom sheet metal dash, next up was a custom oil cooler. We also fabricated a new side exit exhaust and screamer pipe followed by a new removable parachute mount. Some of the recent upgrades we did on Tim’s 13b turbo 1200 Datto ute. We fabricated a new custom oil cooler to help keep oil temps under control. A custom aluminium sheet dash helps to tidy up the interior. Next on the list was a removable chute to help bring this weapon to a stop at the deep end of a 1/4 mile pass. Next up a new side exit exhaust and screamer pipe. #dragrace #customfab

A few weeks ago we completed a custom ally dash for Tim’s ute. This week we were at it again making a few more upgrades. Starting with a new custom oil cooler, a new side exit exhaust and screamer pipe as well as a new removable chute mount to help slow it down after the finish line.

From bone stock Datsun 1200 sedan to one of the wildest datto streeter your likely to see

This cool datto 1600 came into the shop recently for some Custom touches. So we’ve kitted it out with a custom radiator, custom air box and custom catch can. Mounted a plazmaman intercooler and mad up some custom cooler pipes. Also on the list was a new gearbox cross member and custom dump pipe and 3” mandrel bent exhaust. Jay’s neat datto 1600 came in for a few custom touches/upgrades. So we built a custom radiator and 3000 cfm spal fan combo to keep it nice and cool. Intake temps are helped by a 450 x 300 x. 76mm plazmaman intercooler we mounted up front with custom pipe work to match. The turbo is now fed by one of our custom air boxes. A custom built catch can hides behind the passengers strut tower. On the hot side a custom dump pipe and custom 3” exhaust takes care of the spent gasses. We also built a custom gearbox cross member that mounts off the chassis instead of the std floor pan like they can from the factory.
