Went in to purchase a VE commodore and spoke to a gentleman, told him what I'd seen on their website and what I wanted to look at today, guy immediately tried to sell me a different car, I went back to what I wanted and requested a test drive but because I didn't want to commit to purchasing the car that day he claimed policy doesn't allow test drives on v8s, his attitude was dismissive, only interested in selling what he wanted and I went on to purchase a similar model elsewhere later that day - I do not recommend these people at all

WARNING: I bought a second hand 4 year old SV6 Commodore for $24,000 dollars on Tuesday the 10/10/2017 at 11am from WILSONS HOLDEN at Albion Park. I drove the car home and at 2pm I find the spare key is damaged and in pieces. So I ring WILSONS expecting the key to be replaced. THEY HAVE REFUSED TO REPLACE THE KEY AT KNOW COST. When I first inspected the vehicle I was shown prove of its low 23,066 kilometres, there was a rego roadworthy pinkslip in the glove box as prove, also the speedo showed 23,066ks so I bought the car. WARNING: During my inspection of this car I asked the salesman "where and is there a spare key" he said to me "its in an envelope in the glove box" The salesman opened the envelope, but did not show me this key. Since buying the car and after a number of Phone calls over 3 days I'm finally told they are unable to replace the damaged spare key because I bought at a cheap price. I AM NOT HAPPY JAN!! The COST of replacement of this Key is about $400 dollars.

Great sales team, very helpful and easy going. Was not rushed through the purchase of my new car or pushed into unnecessary add on's.
Would definitely send family friends there, and be purchasing my future vehicles from them too!

I have read all the negative comments about this dealer. I have had no problems with them. I have found them to be friendly and courteous and have solved warranty problems with ease. Have booked my Colorado 7 in for its fixed price service next week and have every confidence that they will look after me again including a ride home and pick up when the service is complete. They are very rude. The services are never done they say they do but they dont do them. I had a service done on the car not longer ago 2 days later i had to fill the window wipers and seen that the radiator hadnt been filled at all and they where telling me my brakes have 10mm of wear on them but the service before they where telling me i had 5mm wear left. They are a rip of company and something needs to be done about it. They dont even deserve 1 star

I found the colorado a couple of days before xmas. The sales person was good, but i said that i am going back home on the Tuesday (Public holiday) approx 4h away. Everyone that was invovled with this knew. I was not sure if i could get someone to drive one of the cars for me so i organized with the car yard just incase. I was told to come in on Tuesday to finalize everything. Within that time i was able to get a friend to take one of the cars up for me. On the Tuesday i informed the caryard about this. When i arrived at the caryard the some salesperson seen me and told me that the car was not done due to the public holidays, i also noticed that the spare key did not work and was informed if i want i could get one done were i live and pay for it and send the bill to them and they will reimburse me. I was not happy about all of this. On the Wednesdays i rang the caryard to cancel the accessories to be done, and after a couple of phone calls to them the attitude of the person was not to good, within these phone calls she siad that her and two other people had a conversation and the car would not be going until the Friday (3 days after i went home) and they would ring me and let me know which no one did, i said Tuesday or Wednesday to them. So i go and get the key done and sent them the bill, let's see what happens. The day after i get a phone call of wilson holden ( albion park rail) asking what my experience was like with them, so i told the person and she said i should get a phone call of the manager within 24h. Still waiting nearly a week later. The reason i gave 3 stars was for this was the salesperson Brian and finance people Kraig and Barbara for been so helpful.Thankyou Brian, Kraig and Barbara. I have found that clips are missing from the lights which hold the globes in, alot of twigs were stuck in between the radiator and the frame work, which was causing me to lose radiator fluid. Scews missing and full of red dust throughout the vehicle

Very rude people and very poor customer service. Once you sign the contract their smile on their face is gone. They might discount on sale price of the car but then they will push you to buy extra protection for paint and fabric and add that price onto car price and you will be paying even more than asking price and the tax to RTA. Will never xeal with them again.

Stay away with these people if you can.. they will rip you off from every cornor possible. I just bought a car from them but wont recommend any of my friends or family.
