Terrible Customer Service!

I booked my car in for a service via the website adding a few extra items to be done. I added in the message to be contacted to confirm the cost of the extra work but after 5 days had heard nothing back. I sent 2 further emails requesting pricing for the services which went ignored! I finally contacted via phone and was given the information and also asked for inspection to be added for rego renewal which was confirmed in the phone call.

When my partner dropped the car off on the day of the service he was told that the servicing will now be done at Holden in Windsor and that he had to drive the car there. Absolutely no contact to inform us of this change prior to the day which is completely unacceptable. Further to this after the car was dropped off and my partner telling me of the change of service place I wasn't taking any chances so called holden to confirm if the inspection was on the work order for my car and guess what IT WASN'T!! Luckily i called in time and the Holden service centre were able to include the inspection.

By far the worst customer service I have ever experienced! Not once but 3 times you failed to communicate properly to your customer.

I bought a brand new iLoad from these guys. Great sales attention, called me constantly. We took the new van and it had a couple of issues. That was the end of the good service! Once the sale was done I could barely get a word from them. Calls not returned, and almost impossible to get after sale service. We had first checkup service done last week, they promised to get the issue looked at during the service. The issue was not even looked looked at. If you care about after sales service TRY ANOTHER DEALERSHIP.

Recently purchased a beautiful brand new white Hyundai i30 in a 6 speed from Windsor Hyundai. What an amazing experience from start to finish. We had to wait for our car to arrive from Perth and we were kept up to date with every single bit of progress of its journey. Once it arrived Adam and Jason did everything to make us happy they went above and beyond. Can not recommend them enough. I have just taken home my new white 2014 Mazda3 and I absolutely love it. I wouldn't be driving it, without the help of Jason, Norm and Matthew !
