Took my brand new Hyundai santa fe there for its check up service. It had one fault which I wanted fix, picked the car up and was assured it was fixed.... I check it a few kms down the road when I stopped only to find it wasn't done, go straight back and they fix it on the spot..... mmmm no still disnt fix it. Only to get home to find 2 flithy hand marks on the roof lining of my brand new car 😡 soooo 3rd time back they finally fixed the original fault and supposely cleaned my roof lining.. get home yesterday, check the car over and no still have a dirty roof lining!!! Thanks windsor holden for the damage to my new car! Wont be back and won't recommend you to anyone either!!

Massive thank you to Troy Sciberras from Windsor Holden for making the purchase of my new car an exciting experience. From the test drive to the handing over of the keys it was great customer service from Troy letting me know all the features of the vehicle.

No common courtesy when it comes to customwe service. I dropped my car off to get serviced at 10 only to have then tell me it won't be ready till 5pm. So I rebooked. I came in at 8.30, waited all day with no phone call from them, so I called them at 3.30 only for them to tell me that your party won't be here till the next day making the assumption that I won't need me car. They could if called to say my car was ready bit your party won't come in till tomorrow, do you want the option to leave it here or pick it up. But they assumed I was going to leave my car overnight with no phone call at all! So peed off at them

This place is a joke....🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡 Dont waste your time... just ring Holden Customer Care.... they will help you sort it out....

My experience with Windsor Holden started good. And only just good, then it turned horrible! The customer service is disgusting! They had my car for 3 nearly 4 weeks and when I tried to call up to check on my car, no one would answer I tried 3 hours straight one day and no one would answer, or the phone would cut out. It took them 4 days after me trying 3 hours to get ahold of them for them to call me back! They did a service on my car without consulting me, then refused to give my car to me until I paid for the service I didn't ask for! I don't recommend for anyone to go to Windsor Holden! I surely won't be returning! I've had nothing but issues since the day I brought my car from there!

It's always a pleasure dealing with the team at Windsor Holden. From the purchase of my new car to having the servicing carried out - everyone is always delightful and helpful. The courtesy drop off / pick up is very convenient and their coffee machine is worth popping into the dealership for!
