Windsor Motel

$90 for 1 night, 1 person.
The balankets under the top cover had big black stains on it.
The beds where very uncomfortable (even with my own mattress topper on the bed)
Very little sleep because of this
Towels thin, rough and tatty
Minimal toiletries and refreshment.
Reception situated at the more upmarket Windsor Village Motel accross the street
Not much friendly customer service.
No toaster, No microwave.
Old Air con.
Bathroom not clean.
Towel rail fell off when I hung my towel on it.
Shower cubicle leaking causing slip hazard
Exhaust fan unable to operate efficiently due to black dust and grime build-up
Central location to hotels snd village.
Minor traffic noise after 10pm-5am

I have booked with Windsor Terrace Motel before and enjoyed my experience. I booked again using the same website and it came up with standard budget pricing. What the website failed to show is that the management of this Motel also caters for Windsor Motel which is just across the road from Windsor Terrace Motel. Being a repeat customer where I was at Windsor Terrace only a year or so ago, was given the most terrible accommodation which was above their laundry section of the motel where it was hard to sleep as there were someone coming in and out as early as 5am in the morning. There was no guest information. All utensils and things were poorly cleaned and maintained. The toaster looked rusted and burned. The whole place looked like a badly bodged up job of cleaners/servants quarters put together to rip customers off as accommodation. Horrible customer service as well when approached about this. They have definitely lost a repeat customer for good.

You get what you pay for:no toasters,old kettles,noisy air conditioners placed out of reach,privacy 0! Don't bring your singing wife,neighbour can tell u what position you had. Noisy tradies, that take your parking space ,go there if you have nowhere else to go !!

Clean, basic motel room. Room 6. Minimal traffic noise. Good hot shower. Jug and fridge. Beds were adequate. Clean sheets, towels and blankets. Needs an upgrade but value for what we paid.

Very bad stay. Staff extremely rude. Went through bags to steal things and broke lock off bag. Rooms old and dated. Still waiting on refund when checked out early.

Worst place I have ever stayed. The air conditioning unit is a noisy museum piece and incapable of cooling the tiny room. I did not feel safe as a lone traveller. There is no phone in the room. Not sure if the windows can be secured. It's a tip.

I'll never stay here again, suitcase lock was damaged and can no longer be used . Staff made using the laundry difficult. Staff will look through your belongings. Showers leaked all over the bathroom floor and bed was uncomfortable. Do yourself a favor a find someone else to stay!
