Windsor Terrace Motel

Overstated facilities, obvious lack of maintenance, lights nor working, noisy fan in bathroom.Mattress needed replacing.
Room was clean and good linen.
The biggest disappointed was the receptionist, who was rude with uncaring attitude.

On first encounter the room was standard and clean enough looking. Considering it's Windsor there isn't much in the way of choice. However there were some unfortunate surprises such as the the hot water coming out brown, so a shower was out of the question. Next up was our attempt to sleep, we lasted till about 3am before my non-astmatic fiancé was having such bad coughing fits that neither of us could sleep, so we just left. Mind you her coughing stopped as soon as we left.

Average motel with essentials. The hot water in the sink would not work though, it kept spitting out brown water.

Good value for money. Clean and met my expectations. Would visit again,

Extremely rude service. When questioned lady refused to even rent me a room! !! Disgusted. Do not bother with this motel unless you want to be treated like a second class citizen.

Not bad view but rooms were derty sheets weren't washed bath room definitely was not cleaned as old soap was left there from previous guests hair could also be seen on sheets and view of the Hawkesbury was obstructed by a lot of weeds my recommendation do not stay there
