Inspired by the bright colours, rich flavours and unique ingredient combinations prevalent in contemporary American cuisine, along with a growing demand for high quality fast food, Wing Shack was born. Proprietors Rob and Joel have been good friends for many years and in 2016 decided the time was right to combine Joel's extensive business experience with Rob's inexorable passion for cooking and discovering unique food offerings.

Joel and Rob pride themselves on producing home-made restaurant quality food from a bright, fun and professional looking market stall. Some of their gastronomical delights include but are not limited to: Nashville Fried Hot Chicken, Jumbo Jalapeno Poppers with a 3 cheese filling, oversize thick-shelled Mozzarella Cheese Sticks and a range of amazing handcrafted dipping sauces.

Over time Joel and Rob plan to expand their menu to include even more delicious and exotic American-inspired offerings with the support of their growing and loyal customer base who are united by a passion for exploring innovative cuisine.
