We get a lot of people asking how we make our ‘T-bones Doom Juice’, well it’s these little buggers that make up about 75% of the sauce. Pure Carolina Reaper chillies from northern NSW (currently the Guinness Book of Records world’s hottest chilli). We blend in the reaper paste with burnt capsicum, onion, garlic, butter, a dash of orange juice and few herbs and spices. It’s fruity and intense and the heat only really hits you about 20 seconds later. Come in and try the ‘Doom Juice Challenge’ and if you finish all 7 wings, you name is sealed in history on our wall of pain. It was our second visit today and I couldn’t wait go get out of there! I wasn’t too fussed after our first visit (we were over charged and instead of getting a refund for the drinks we didn’t order we were told to just ask for them when we wanted them - like we didn’t have a choice in the matter?!), but the wings are good and my hubby wanted to go back today as we were in the area. You may serve good wings (but let’s face it, you only serve wings so you can’t go far wrong!). The customer service is shocking! And it has ruined our experience twice now, needless to say we won’t be back for a third time. I get you are going for the whole “grungy” look, but the place is actually filthy, smelly, dark and everything is sticky! And everything is so cheap from the plastic wing baskets to the rough paper towels. To be greeted by disgusting toilets as you walk in the door is vile...the place was only open an hour today, how could they get that dirty so quick?? Looked to not be cleaned in the first place. We were then half arsed greeted by a girl with pink hair who advised that we had to share a booth, and her attitude was pretty much “take it or leave it”. Once seated and ordered, my husbands wings arrived first, a good 10 mins before mine. I didn’t mind so much until that same girl came over and and slapped my wings in front of me. My lunch that I’m paying money for. No eye contact, no smile, no thank you. It’s pretty obvious she didn’t want to be there, so how about you get somebody that does and is happy to provide your customers the service they deserve. She has such a disgusting manner to be working in a restaurant. And from looking through the reviews, we are not the first to complain about this same waitress. Rude, with her arse cheeky hanging out of her shorts!! And she’s the manager? Wow.
