I grew up in a family environment where Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) was a part of everyday life and have seen how powerful it can be.

I studied under renowned masters in Acupuncture, Gua Sha (scraping), Chinese herbs and TCM pulse diagnosis from China and the US. Winnie graduated with a top-of-class award in Chinese Herbal Medicine and has a Bachelor degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine.

I'm also a TCM tutor, lecturer, teaching clinic supervisor and was very pleased to be voted best tutor by students at Sydney Institute of Traditional Chinese Medicine in 2015.

There is a lot of evidence that confirms how acupuncture can help with a variety of conditions. My aim is to balance the body by unblocking energy points to promote health and wellbeing without the need for drugs.

I also uses sound therapy to bring a spiritual element to my work, without being to new age or out there. I also do anti-aging Jade Facial which unblocks the meridians on the face and improves circulation and kinetic drainage - it is another very relaxing and rejuvenating experience.

Client comfort is very important to me as I believe the moment you cause discomfort or pain, you are depleting them. It's for this reason that I only use very fine Japanese (Seirin) needles because they offer my patients the most comfort.

The treatments generally go for 45-60 minutes and can make a big difference to how you feel in your body and in your life. All you need to do is lie there, drop your worries and get pampered.
