Wrongfully, I was charged late check-out fee, by winnings. Now I have to say that in the past 10 times we rented from them, there has been problems and they didn't take any action after we requested a fix and somehow we ignored.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! Buyer Beware!! I have now had two genuinely bad experiences when booking holidays with Winning Holidays / Port Stephens Accommodation (part of the Alloggio Group). Most recently I paid a 50% deposit in Jan 2017 for a holiday house in Boat Harbour for Xmas-NYs 2017-18, BUT in October 2017 Winning Holidays contacted me to say the house was no longer available. They had no alternatives available in Boat Harbour so all I could do was seek a refund and search again by which time most houses were no longer available in the area. In 2015 (same period), after paying the deposit Winning Holidays contacted me several months later to say the rate had increased 30%, which made the house significantly more expensive than comparable properties. On neither occasion was an apology offered. I would highly recommend booking directly with owners on AirBnB or Stayz than through this agent.

We have rented several times through Winning, but this experience was abysmal. Air conditioner wasn't working, so we CLEANED the disgusting filter (we have photos), and the repairman talked my husband through FIXING said air conditioner over the phone. Back door didn't lock, and clothes line was on the ground, broken.
They have the NERVE to now charge us for cleaning of the BBQ. We did NOT use it, not did we take the cover off. They claim it's OUR responsibility to check the cleanliness of it.
Aaarrrggghhh! SERIOUSLY!

If no stars was an option, this would be the rating I would give. I have had nothing but rude and unprofessional service from this company, especially from our account manager who is beyond sarcastic when real issues like who authorised my bank details to be changed is brought her attention she has been an absolute nightmare to deal with.
This company has little, to no regards for their owners I have had multiple complaints regarding my property from lack of attention and communication from our property manager!. I have had my property damaged multiple times with no follow up from the agent and no bond money has ever been claimed over the last 5 years of Holiday letting. Don't waste your time with this company I certainly wont be any more.

I would happily recommend booking through Winning Holidays. It appears to be a locally owned business, dealing only with holiday letting of privately owned accommodation in the area. I found the staff to be wonderfully helpful in their dealings with me. They were courteous and professional at all times and genuinely deserve more repect than they get.

The unit was as described on their website, photos were recent and their booking/refund policy was easy to understand.

All in all a pleasant little getaway to a nice area.

I found the customer service from Winning Holidays abysmal. We rented this property from Winning Holidays for the long weekend associated with the 2017 NSW InterClub Game Fishing Tournament: Cromarty Road, The Moorings, Townhouse 08, 04, Soldiers Point NSW.

Mooring #13, that came with the unit, was unsafe for use due to the lack of a springer line on the port side of the mooring. This made the mooring unsafe in a westerly wind. We noticed that all other moorings were properly equipped. Please note that the inclusion of a mooring was the primary reason we chose this particular rental, and the fact that it was not safe was extremely disappointing and therefore the rental was not good value for money.

Upon entry, the unit was not very clean. (Glass dining room table looked like it was cleaned with a dirty rag, showers had bug droppings... etc etc). Throughout the weekend we noticed cockroaches all over the place.
Signs up in kitchen threatened fines if the unit was not properly cleaned, and if all dishes were not washed and put away. This was ironic, given not a drop of dishwashing liquid was provided, A BAR OF SOAP, or even a sponge.

Linens and towels were dumped in a bag inside the front door, and we therefore needed to make our own beds. Have never seen this before....like something out of the 1950's.

The dishwasher was broken, and was stuck in 'drain mode'. Certain
bedrooms had no globes in the light fixtures.

I followed up with Winning Holidays and received no compensation (even partial) based on our poor experience. Rent from these guys AT YOUR OWN RISK.

We rented a property in Nelsons Bay through Winning Holidays during the Christmas break. Upon our arrival, the garbage bins were full of rubbish and they were not emptied. We ended up taking the bins out to the street and bins have been emptied.
Upon leaving our premises we ended up leaving our rubbish in the street on Tuesday as Monday was a public holiday and no one worked.

1 week later we have received full bond back. However, 3 weeks later after we got our bond back, Winning Holidays used our credit card and they deducted $114.00 for emptying the bins that were full in the first place when we got there.

We have sent two emails and we have contacted Margaret from Winning Holidays about 4 times and we have been told that they will review the complaint and they will get back to us.

We have still not heard from anyone. I just find it unfair that the real estate keeps our credit card on records and that they think they can use it whenever they like.

I will definitely report this to office of fair trading and never use Winning Holidays again.

Winning holiday shoal bay was a rip off
I understand there is self contained but they didn't even left rubbish bag or toilet paper.
The bathroom and shower was extremely cold and the wind through the window was so bad and when I report it they said we will send someone to look at it and the whole week we stayed no one even cared. I couldn't give a proper shower to my baby as I was scared if he get cold.
There was no bath cap either ( not that I could take a bath in the cold shower)

If you are planning to stay here it is a good idea there is stove and you can cook or prepare a light meal but you have to bring absolutely everything with you.

I won't recommended it at all.
