Wiseman ferry was a great place to go with my kids on the weekend and most of the bar staff are extremely friendy and ready to make our visit as pleasent ss possible i can't say the same for the bistro staff most where not very friendly and dont have much customer service skills the food was very fresh and generous serving with choices for the kids meal i was also impressed with the animals they have and they try there hardest to keep children occupied and happy overall i will definitely come back

Lovely ambience and good food but very disappointed with the service. The waitress was unfriendly and did not say anything when I said hello or requested an additional plate politely. When I told her that there's no reason to be unfriendly, she said she was flat out. I was with my kids and didn't think there should be any excuse to not have any manners.

The food was fresh and cooked well. A very generous amount for the price. Staff are lovely.

Good front bar and front outside eating area.

When you pay $35 for a mediocre steak you at least want the option of paying credit card.

Staff super friendly to locals but (most) treat the likes of me with stone faced robotic service.

This place seems quite overrated, possibly because there aren't many alternatives nearby.
My biggest complaint is that they do not take credit card for food orders. Instead one has to use the ATM provided and get charged an extra transaction fee.
The new terrace is a great place to enjoy the Sun and a cool drink but the rest of the place is fairly run down and there has been little effort to make up the removal of the old music stage.
The place had clearly been expanded recently yet no effort has been made to increase parking space, which was clearly insufficient on the day we went.
I have to say though that the kids had a great time in the huge bouncy castle.

Great pub! Lovely sandstone pub, gorgeous look out over the valley from the balcony. Food was good, bar staff really friendly. We stayed in one of the rooms at the back which are newer. Very clean and tidy, nice heater in the room too!

Best place to enjoy a meal and have the kids entertained in a safe and happening environment. Worth the drive, very scenic

Simple menu, but good quality food and reasonable prices. Amazing kids area with facepainting and animals. A really great family pub.

My wife and I went there for a Sunday lunch and the food was very average but the prices were astronomical! We basically paid gastro pub prices for canteen quality food. They also do not take card payments for drinks or food, which forces you to have to use an ATM that charges you a $2.50 transaction fee. I really can't recommend this place. Such a shame, because the location is stunning.

Great lunch and beer location for bikers. Offers pub food but a bit overpriced and not that tasty. Has a nice beer garden and smoking area. Also family friendly.
