Witchery

Staff were most helpful. I may have left a wrap in the store. I have called the number on the website numerous times and can not get anyone to answer? Could someone advise how I can contact this store? thanks

I really like the Witchery style of clothing. Their range is always modern, fresh, fashionable and they have lovely colours. I’ve purchased a few smart casual tops from the Witchery this year and have been really pleased with them. Their fit is good and they have worn and washed well. You can always find something lovely to buy here and the staff are friendly and helpful.

Helpful team members, stores was neat tidy and easy to shop. Thanks ladies for the help with the new tops and accessories

Unfortunately, the store doesn’t stock enough xsmall and small sizes and the staff gives the impression that they don't want to be there... lacking basic customer skills.I waited almost 20 min for staff member to bring a different size jeans.In the end I gave up and just left. The store wasn't busy either.

Went in to try and sort out an internet purchase, the shop assistant to her sweet ass time then was rude saying that's not our problem then gave me attitude for getting frustrated at the run around the company has given me not happy I will be complaining to the area manager as this assistant had no concept of customer service. And the company still hasn't refunded my money. She should be fired and the company closed

Lovely store

We used click and collect and experienced terrible customer service. Not interested in helping us organise to pick it up, and then made us wait around for 20minutes with no explanation or apology.

Bought a jacket in the city for my husband and tried to return it at warrangah mall witchery because I was on the northern beaches for the weekend. Witchery returns policy clearly states that ANY product can be returned to ANY store within the 14 day purchase and in the original condition. The manager at the store was extremely rude and unhelpful, wouldn't accept the return, made it look like she was assisting but in the end I had to drive to Chatswood to return the item because 'it's inconvenient' for Witchery to accept items that they don't stock in the store and they don't care about making their customers drive all over the place incurring petrol and toll costs. They don't stick to their policy rules and I will avoid this brand in the future because of their lack of respect for their customers.

Tried returning a product and the store staff were very rude, unfriendly and unhelpful. It is Witchery company policy that you can return a product to any Witchery store with in 14 days. They would not accept the return as the product was purchased at another store. This is very disappointing and quite frankly terrible service
