CLEAN FREINDLY STAFF A GOOD PLACE TO SHOP

It has an underground parking that good during rainy days. They have international section where you can find Asian food and spices. Near the train station and there are plenty of asian shops around the vicinity.

Dirty, 24 pk of water going for $15, not even a smile or acknowledgement at check out, only 2/3 cash self check out, all the rest EFTPOS, broken entry door (had to go all the way round), and had to take trolley all the back into the store as no trolleys in car park. Very frustrating

Easy parking and well stocked but more human cashiers would be nice or at the very least now self serve machines that handle cash. 1-2 isn't really enough.

Just as good as its Granville version, clean and mostly stocked for all the things we need, no half eaten food and stolen stuff by customers anywhere to be seen

Great parking. Very helpfull stsff

Huge floorspace. Aisles nice and wide so you dont feel " closed in ".

Big store with a lot of variety but needs to work on cleanliness. Should have more halal products for the local community

Convenient local Woolies with underground parking. Smaller sized supermarket and not many attended service counters. The self serve line can get very long after school’s out.

Well stocked with good range but not a fan of the aisle layout. Makes it hard to navigate and find what you need

Staff are super super friendly especially the night staff who are awesome and always patient as customers like myself do a last minute dash through the store guaranteeing a delayed finish for them...
With the exception of one staff member who im probably not the only one to find her extremely rude and prejudice.
Whilst going through self service my 9yr old daughter was the one that brought it to my attention that "mummy that lady named Kim keeps staring at u"
I said
"who's Kim what are u on about"
she said
"the Woolworths lady"
My daughter wasn't wrong as I continued to scan the rest of my items i saw her watching me like a hawk.
I ended up scanning something twice and she had to come over to void the item.
She then proceeded to nose through the bags of shopping I had scanned.
I said
"Oh I've scanned those items it was just the item I scanned twice that was my issue"
She ignored me and continued to dig through my shopping as I finalised my purchases and printed my receipt.
She DEMANDED I hand her my receipt so she could go through the items in the bags to ensure I scanned everything.
By this stage I was getting quite offended as she was extremely rude and aggressive in the way she was dealing with the situation.
After standing there for a few good minutes whilst shoppers passed me by staring at the seen she was making, i snatched the receipt from her and said
"Now that's enough thank you i scanned all my items. I don't actually steal despite the very rude assumption u have made of me"
As i started to push the trolly to walk away, She grabbed my trolly preventing me from leaving.
The manager by this stage was already making her way toward us.
She asked Kim
"What's the problem?"
I butted in angrily and said
"Honestly this worker is extremely rude. She has exhausted the usual bag check whilst humiliating me in front of customers with her prejudice assumption of me. I haven't stolen anything and I've had enough of this embarrassment tell her to let go of my trolly so I can leave"
Kim then butted in
"I know she took something I know she did"
The manager asked
"Look im sorry but u can i please have the receipt so I can check the bags for u quickly"
"Sure no worries" as i passed her the receipt, my frustration only increased as Kim hovered over her shoulder smugly awaiting to be proven right while her manager counted the items on the receipt and begun counting the items in the bags.
As she counted the last bag I blurted out
"Are u happy, just like i already told u.. I didn't steal anything can i have my receipt back thank u i want to leave I honestly can't believe the nerve of her it's disgusting"
and I started moving the trolly away, she handed over the receipt.
Desperately Kim almost started pleading for the manager to check again coz she apparently "knew i stole something...."
The manager saying sorry, as I walked off furious of how unfair and unjust one judgemental person can be.
She has since stopped me again whilst leaving the store for a much quicker bag check however.
She has no shame in hiding her unfair judgement she makes towards specific customers either, as they also leave the store.
