Vibrant atmosphere, adequate environment control and decent choice pool for most sections. More variety in fruits would be a beneficial investment at this establishment.

They didn't provide a product code to check out counters for easy scanning of 10kg rice. I have back pain and had to carry the bag up into the counter. The attendant was even rude and said, no, no! You have to carry one into the scanner! Then she wanted me to put back the basket inside under the counter. Then she (Suzy-counter 3) was banging/dumping my shopping. Of course i was upset that I had to carry the rice. The least she could have said is, sorry avout that. Besides, woolies don't you have cordless scanners like costco? .

Great shops now has a good fruit and vegetables shop

Staff are always very cheerful and helpful

Every time I shop here they are always restocking shelves. There are trip hazards everywhere with pallets all over the place. Can the managers not organise a time to do this out of hours or at least at non-peak times? The Coles at Willowdale Shopping Centre can't come soon enough.
