Woolworths Eastwood

Is an old looking tired woolies. The deli always looks likes things have been sitting there all day, half the time things dont have the correct prices or are in the wrong place. Cooking chocolate for example was all in among the regular chocolate. Needs a good facelift

NO STARS!!!!! A terrible woolworths. Besides 1 or 2 staff that work there absolutely rude! Store is meant to be open for business until 9pm weekdays, twice this week I have been told at 8:45 & at 8:50 its card only NO CASH!! If trading hours are until 9:00pm then why are the tills been counted and put away?. After endless rudeness, being rushed out of store unable to buy anything due to card only transactions & absolute unprofessional behavior by staff & managment, I have no other choice than to now travel down to west rydes COLES ( who I believe is Woolworths direct competition) because they are still open. Due to continuous issues at Eastwood Woolworths I will no longer shop at ANY woolworths again!. & will pass on my awful experience to everyone I know & meet... & as I work in retail hospitality management that will be a lot.

the only comprehensive supermarket in Eastwood centre other than Aldi

Some of the staff are rude, especially the Indian woman. Cashier dropped my eggs and acted like it was my fault. Prices are too high on some items.

Bad customer services for sure, specially those 2 Indian ladies, 1 skinny and 1 fat one. So rude, get mads at the customer easily. They are also lazy and frustrated.

Woolworths Eastwood is if course equal to any Woolworths in terms of prices, and service - limited by the very small size in comparison to others in a reasonable travel radius.

N.B. By FAR the best option is Woolworths West Ryde Marketplace for numerous reasons (please refer my review of that store if need be).

Excellent!.... IF it's close and convenient for your own reasons.

Downsides (comparing to West Ryde Marketplace):
- Limited range;
- Awful parking issues;
- Worst for getting goods to car (big family shop?...BEWARE! 😂). All sites are BAD...except West Ryde (best by far) and sometimes Ermington which, on a good day with lucky parking is THE BEST for filling your car with a big family shop..
unless raining in which case, as usual...GO TO WEST RYDE WOOLWORTHS! 😂

- Moderate issues getting to taxis or bus/train (all at Eastwood Station). Looks close - tough walk carrying bags even if you're a burly bloke! Again...West Ryde is FAR easier in this respect for those of you NUTS enough to try....lol. Yes, even easier at West Ryde than at North Ryde, certainly Top Ryde, Not always at Ermington... anyway...don't do it.

It is a small Woolies but you can find all the practical stuff. But if you are looking for vegetables you should go early in the morning because in the afternoon they are gone. Chocolate muffins are delicious.

I can say this, woolworths management are really on the ball. Excellent!!

Surrounded by chinese markets and shops, it does quite well. Normal size Woolworths with parking house next to it and a BWS.

We regularly go to Woolies at Eastwood and it is always a pleasure. The staff are very friendly and very helpful. I've seem them remain calm and professional when dealing with annoying customers. I have also seen them go above and beyond their pay rate to assist customers. A great place to shop.

Only great to get what you need and get out. Old like the rest of the complex its in. Don't think it will get a revamp like the other Woolworths stores.
