Hard to access the car park but otherwise a fantastically well set out store. Easy to find anything you are looking for and some of the friendliest staff in Lithgow

i made an order in the morning and was supposed to pick it up after 4pm I was a bit concerned about the weather so i asked if there was any chance they could pick it bit early as it looked like snow they were super nice and i got my order early everything was there they are great. really nice and helpful staff and in store they always have plenty of stock unlike coles @ lithgow

Do you find the further you travel out / away from the city- the slower everything becomes. Needed to buy a few things while in Lithgow so decided to visit the woolies there. Being a regular at woolies in the city areas; i expected similar service levels however they are far from the norm. I stood at the service counter for at least 10 mins before the lady that was there decided to acknowledge me. But it didn't end there. She carried on doing whatever it was for another 5mins before telling me she'll be with me shortly. 20 mins to complete my transaction and i was the only one in queue. Hmmm. Might try the coles up the road next time!

Was closed at 2110 hrs and was listed online that it was open until 2200h. See photo attached. I wasn't the only one, 5-10 cars did the same thing while I wrote this.
