Woolworths Mayfield

I cant believe how rude the duty manager Jeff is. The way he treats staff there is shocking have witnessed it on a few occasions. Was the security guard this time on a Thursday night right infront of customers he said f###ing stand near that door spoke to security who seemed very stressed from the way he was spoken to. I asked him what the duty managers name was and how I had seen him before speaking to other staff there i said i would make a complaint as I think it's just wrong how he was spoken to. The poor security guard was on the phone saying he didnt want to be there dont blame him. Woolworths you need to pull this guy up not a good look and not a nice person from what I've witnessed.

This Woolworths has a sushi bar, Cafe and pizza service within the store. Parking is convenient. Safety and security is worse than other suburbs.

Always get a park here, service is pretty quick considering how busy it is and staff are always friendly. I find it fascinating how Woolworths now have cash out as a key feature at their self service but at Coles I've even had staff tell me their not ATMs.

Lots of stock to choose from, fresh fruit and vegetables, great idea having cold meats and cheese already sliced and packaged "convenient" . Young lady that served me was really pleasant and made it an enjoyable finish to my shopping.

Very good supermarket. One of the better Woolies I've been to.

Great new facilities and great staff. Located in the heart of Mayfield so the only downside is lots of undesirables hang out the front/do shopping there.

This was my first visit to this store and I liked the set out we (Greenhills ) don't have some of the things. Will return if passing again.

Woolworths at Mayfield is always busy. The minimal staff that work there are always very helpful. However, there should be more staff. I never use the self serve option as in my busy life I have to do most things myself. I love going to Woolworths and have a CSA help me with my groceries. Chat to me, assist me when packing or putting items in the trolley. Even a gentleman helped me carry produce to my car as I had bought lots of products. Thank you for employing real people! But you do need to employ more. Then maybe customers and staff would not have so much mental help problems

I like the cafe and sushi bar. Great to have a selection like this in a supermarket. Prepacked salads are a great idea too plus the quick pizza. Great selection of cheeses meats etc.

Great store .& staff. Shame they allow there trolleys to be taken off site where they end scattered around the streets, sometimes full of rubbish. Maybe work with council to resolve

Usually easy to grab a good parking bay.

Typical woolies, i love it. Great specials. Staff are pretty friendly and always willing to help. The staff on the checkouts are always really nice too.

Phoned a deli order through, my call was answered promptly and transferred quickly to the right person. The staff were very friendly and accomodating. I will use them again for our Christmas catering needs!
