Staff are relatively helpful and fresh produce is not as fresh as it could be.

understaffed everytime i go, i had to walk around for ages before i saw anyone who worked there..

I bought a 3kgs net of navel oranges, the taste was good, but they were vey dry , to the point that we couldn't eat them. Sorry guys

One rude and untrained staff who does not know anything about customer service yelled at me to be quick because of one man had full trolley queuing behind me. Why can she be so discriminative to their customers. So surprised to receive such customer service. I better start shopping at ALDI instead, with cheaper goods.

Warm and welcoming employees. Mainly at nights.

The deli staff especially the fresh chicken and seafood section are disgusting. They haveno customer service ethics at all. Been there a few times and everytime, ive been treated rudely. Its disappointing because I have complained to the store manager and he basically vouched for his staff(as if could do nothing wrong)
