An hour after opening they still have limp and lifeless vegetables on the shelf.

There is a lady in this store named Kerry who is normally standing at the self service checkout. She is a racist and she is very rude and aggressive to Asian people.I and lots of my friends had a few bad experiences when shopping in this store when Kerry is on duty. I have tried to report this to the store manager, but the manger never care about the customers.

Bought Apple crown 2pk. They are spoiled and they were smelling bad oil. Never again to the bakery/this Woolworths.

Walked in after a work out to grab some eggs quickly a few minutes before closing and all I received from the employees and manager on site was grief and disrespect telling me I need to hurry up. Standard Australian company whose employees need to learn better customer service just like statistics say on the news. Clearly these uncultured employees care more about going home than taking care of their customers without making them regret coming into the store. I will make an effort to go Aldi and share this unpleasant experience with friends as it is a negative note to the start of my week. No such thing as bad employees, just bad management.

Absolutely disgraceful, my family and I were trying to shop for a New Year's Eve party and got nothing but harassment. Expected better from the staff considering good customer service is required to work there. Having 24 workers follow us is not the ideal shopping experience.

P.s I hope BEN manages to find some men's pants as we don't want to see his 1 inch junk.

Considering the price wars between Woolworths and Coles, I think Woolworths is losing out.
I prefer the bakery products here than elsewhere and that's all I go there for.

I love Scotty :) and Scotty loves me. I get so much meat from Scotty that I can hardly eat it...and at a great price!

I find it so amazing how just one woolworths staff can make me never want to go back to that shop anymore. Apparently chap called 'scotty' in deli section cant understand my accent when i asked about aftican fillets and decided to be rude about it. And funny part is that every time my ticket is called out and its my turn to be served he goes on his phone and pretends that he is busy to avoid interacting with me. I absolutely cannot fathom how a human being can behave in this way unless you are mentally sick. Scotty yout behaviour is impulsive and make me wanna vomit on your face every time i see you. You need to stop being a racist and accept that you live in a multicultural country. And for the sake of your job pls "learn" a bit of customer service cuz i dont beleive you will get to keep your job for long if you continue with same behavior.
