Woolworths Thornleigh

Very big with good and quality bakery products compared to other stores around. You can never return empty handed if you go there.

Well stocked and friendly staff when you ask a question. Not sure why everyone talks about bad phone reception, I can always call the wife when I forget what I'm buying. Optus tho, as Telstra isn't so great sometime for indoors

Good woolworths. Great parking. Terrible for phone signal (woolworths i dont think can help that though haha). If i can make constructive feedback it would be make sure markdowns and out of codes are done properly and at the right time of day( a few dairy items and packaged fruit and veg have been out of date or not marked down and date ends next day) Make sure there is an operator when store opens. I have had a trolley full a couple of times and have had to use self serve. Customer service manager could be more friendly ( i assume the young dark haired girl is as she dresses different to the others), though helpful when i asked a question. Flowers are hit and miss there. You have to go right days (whenever that is). Most customer service team members have been very friendly and are happy to engage in conversation.

A great Woolies is one that isn't embedded in a larger shopping mall. This is one of those.

Very easy to get to, to get in and out of - no mobile reception in store though, so you're stuffed if you have to phone the wife:)

Usually well-stocked and parking isnt too hard. Has a Dan Murphy's next door as well as a newsagent, bakery, seafood and butchers if you want more specific items from them. Open late, which is convenient. Sometimes way too busy on weekends.

Friendly staff and decent variety for a Woolworths - at peak holiday times the store can look like a complete shamble though with all the themed goods being pushed to the front of the store.

A lot of staff members aren't terribly knowledgeable of the products they sell and on multiple occasions staff have to go and ask a few other members of their crew before getting back to me about the availability of a product.
