Friendliest staff I have ever encountered.

A large Woolies, feels a bit old but still gets the job done. It's never too busy and easy to find a park. Doesn't take long to get served here either, even during busy periods.

A very large Woolworth supermarket, very tired & very much in need of an update. Staff were good but as usual never enough checkouts open to accommodate the customers.

Customer service is terrible every time I go there, especially from the express lanes. The older female employees are too busy chatting amongst themselves to acknowledge you. It's just rude. Don't mind me ladies, I'll just stand here while you chat about your own personal business.
Management really need to put an end to this issue as it's been ignored for too long.
Fortunately they younger staff seem to have learnt what proper and respectful customer service is.

Very ordinary store. Doesnt have a full range of stock. I like that it is not busy or crowded. I find their senior staff females are Not helpful ... always seem crabby and rarely smile. Younger staff
. Different story .. they are VERY turned on in customer service!

Shelves are always stocked, good is fresh, friendly staff and not too many people at one time.
