Good staff not a huge range though as it's small

Don’t enjoy coming here. The whole shopping centre needs an upgrade. The Woolworths is always a mess and the shopping centre smells.

Convenient on the way to Parramatta without the parking woes of Westfields

Be careful at the checkout. Unauthorised cash out done while paying by card. Only realised when we saw the bank statement after a few days which we tend to overlook.

Easy to aceess cad park. But not close to public transport.

Not as big as other wool worths , but easy to get day to day items

Very good place. Fresh bakery items, sushi bar as well.

Good place with lot of grocery item varieties but the down side is poor mobile signals - tried vodafone and telstra both with zero mobile signal when inside woolworths.

This location is best. Free parking. You find indian grocery store and restaurant in same premises so one stop for all kind of shopping.

There's nothing you won't get here. Stocks a huge range of products. Easy to access with plenty of parking. It can be a challenge to find parking during busy times. Deli section is big too.

Although we are only a few meters from Coles Westmead, we only shop at this Woolies.

Do my weekly shopping here. I don't buy my veg or fruit from here unless on specials. Prefer the sunrise next door.

Close at midnight but they wont let you in after 11.45 pm...Go to Coles and don't have any issues at that time of night...Many times i went to Coles instead because they actually close at 12am...You have to be careful to check product use by dates..Had severe food poisoning from here, twice....Some of the older staff have been there for 10 years or more and are very unfriendly..Even the bottle shop next door, the guy is rude and unfriendly..Need new fresh blood..Not these sour pusses..The Indian staff are great and friendly.

Everytime without a doubt when I'm in woollies a man named Sri helps me out if I need anything. He has helped me on two occasions now and he seriously makes this woolies awesome 👍🏽
His customer service is something we need more of in Woolworths. He should train others how to treat customers!!!

Noticed many time that only one checkout is open even when long queues at self serve terminals.
Also had a bad experience with Click and Pick Up Order as there was no one at the counter designated for it. Once someone came to serve they were quick and rushed to get our order , which we appreciate but it shows a hard working staff is being let down by poor planning and management.
