Prevention Ergonomics
Individual assessment and adjustment of employee workstation set-up, computer, keyboard, and mouse to identity and prevent risk of injury.
Group education sessions.
Intervention and Management On-site physiotherapy assessment for individuals with identified pain and dysfunction, and on-line follow up sessions.
Return to Work management of an injured employee following a workplace injury.
Workplace Wellness Stretching, strengthening, and postural education classes.
Clinical Pilates classes delivered on-site and on-line.
