Kids were put in a class with very different swimming abilities, I.e., mixed abilities varying from babies who drown without strict supervision to children who swim confidently. The babies had sole attention from the instructor an the confident swimmers were mostly ignored aside from basic instructions on what to practise next. This was raised with reception and not changed.
