Great guys to deal with. won't go anywhere else.

Worthington Motorcycles is just awesome! It is like a heaven on the Earth. I had the pleasure to met all the regular customer, all the staff, all the people that are passing by and let's not forget...these bikes 💚
I read thought some of the negative comments, guys I am not saying you are wrong, but I believe there is problem with a communication.
I am a customer and I used to be casual staff!
I am not an Aussie, and for me sometimes what you might say sounds offensive...but after nearly 8 years in Australia I know how to not get offended or upset when I feel like I am not treated right.
The secret is 3C....communication, communication, communication....

I can see how some of you would be frustrated, and why you believe you were mistreated. As a customer I spend money and expect service and a product.

I love Ian and I believe he is the perfect example of what sales person should look like! Organised, focused on his job, and will bend his back for you to help! If you think he let you down ... It definitely was misunderstanding.

From my perspective as a casual staff in the industry...
We do try to help!
You need to remember that we are retailers, not suppliers...when we say "it should be here on ***"
We can't guarantee you you will get your part, bike, accessory. Everything has to go trough -retailer-supplier-manufacturer.
Worthington is BMW Motorrad retailer... And HQ is in Germany and they call the shots.... Some items are on back order, with estimate delivery time....and boom Germany factory can't do it...so it ends up to be still on back order after the EDT...
Things just happen.

I believe Worthington Motorcycles to be the best parts & accessories & repair & sales shop purely because I was shopping else where before...

I was scammed on service - with other repair shops
I got treated like I am not suppose to ride road bikes, because I am a lady - from the big Moto accessories shop in NSW ;) etc.

Just arrived home after purchasing an R 1200 GS, from Ian. The support through the sales process was excellent with a price well below the competition. I would recommend Ian and Worthingtons to anyone.

Initially had a really bad aftersales experience but after voicing my concerns publicly the team here went through the effort to put things right which I really appreciated. Some places wouldn't bother at all. To me
This shows a great dedication to customer satisfaction which I believe deserves a mention. Thank you

Brilliant service and helped me out in a big way even though I didn't buy the bike from them.

Back on the bike after a long break away from motorcycles. The team at Worthingtons were excellent, so accommodating. From test ride to purchase, the process was seemless. Make sure you get to their ride days, met some great people.

5 bikes and still buying at this place. Fantastic service from dedicated staff. Can not recommend enough. Shopped around each time but still couldn't beat the trade in or price.

Google My Business has been a unusual experience for me. Out of the 60 customers per month that are happy and enjoy our service we have 3 or 4 per year that unfortunately had a bad experience and post on google. We win dealership and franchise awards for our servicing. I'm really happy with our team, our customers and our contribution to the Central Coast.
