Wu Xing Dao Kung Fu was founded in 1990 by Marko Vesse, Master Instructor and avid practitioner of Martial Arts and Qi Gong energy practice. Wu Xing Dao teaches dynamic free flowing movement, instinctive reflexes, lightning speed and explosive power through internal energy generation. Wu Xing Dao combines the most effective self defence techniques from traditional Chinese Internal kung fu styles of Mian Quan, Taijiquan, Baguazhang and Meihuaquan, which Master Vesse learned whilst training and competing for many years in China. Marko has passed on these teachings for the past 25 years, helping students to develop a deep understanding of self awareness and combat knowledge. Head Instructor Grant Mundy has trained in Wu Xing Dao kung fu for over 15 years, and has opened a new branch of our school on the Central Coast, NSW
