Experience so far here at Wyndham seems poor after paying a mint for 5 nights and asking for quieter room on higher floor we are on third floor with constant drone of traffic.



They also had to waste more than half an hour to get the Wi-Fi to work in the room.



Sorry to say but with treatment like this we would not even contemplate buying into their resorts.

The hotel room was nice and clean. It was a little on the smaller side and the location was just ok. I would suggest something a little close to Circular Quay if you can. You still can't go wrong with staying here though!

Highly recommended accommodation. The self catering rooms come with a sofa bed for extra adults. There's a washing machine and a dryer neatly tucked away in a cupboard, with complimentary washing powder. There's also a dishwasher, and scrubs if you prefer washing your dishes by hand. The bathroom is clean and pristine, there's a shower, bathtub with jacuzzi option. The bathroom includes a hair dryer, dry mat to avoid slipping and some extra towels, all neatly tucked away in the cupboard. There's also a weighing machine which is perfect for travelers to use and check their luggage weight before going to the airport. Bedroom is clean and comfortable, beds are soft. The view is spectacular at higher floors. The rooms come with TVs, but movies are rented. The staff is helpful. The location of this suite is fantastic - there are nearby malls and a train station. It is close to the city, with car parking options available, allowing you to see the city with minimum travelling time. Overall a lovely place to stay at. The rooms are elegant and comfortable at the same time.

We stayed here for 24 days,the accommodation was studio apartment which was plenty big enough for two of us.The room was cleaned daily,the staff were very friendly especially Shane who was fabulous.it was in easy walking distance to many places, Darling Harbour and Paddy's market,plenty of places to eat and a supermarket.very near.we were never hustled to buy a time share .I would highly recommend Wyndham Sydney suites.

Close to city. Rail and buses are good. Staff are extremely helpful. We're just visiting Sydney and the staff and information about the whole city was excellent. Will come back again.

Good service, clean and modern, like most hotels of this calibre. Room size is perhaps below average. And while the lobby is far from impressive and views are uninspiring, what you do get is access! To arguably the best coffee in town...to the industrial chic foodie culture of Surry Hills, and in relative proximity to transport and the hub of Town Hall. That's what you're really paying for here. Overall, recommended to the discerning foodie/coffee aficionados who wish to experience another side to Sydney other than the Sails and Coat-hanger end of town.

I hate feeling like I have to duck and weave at the front desk to avoid being harassed about attending an owner update. Leave me alone! We know where to buy more credits if we need them. We are here on holidays. Let us be in peace. Everything is fake. It's a smile and then an invitation to attend a sales presentation. Constant pressure.

I would give this 3.5 stars if I could. The hotel was clean and tidy. The room was small, but had all of the facilities needed for a comfortable stay. It was handy to get to the start of the City2Surf, as the start line was very close by.

Booked as a member of Wyndham timeshare club. We stayed here 4 years ago, and I think we have the same sky suite this time. The unit is nice; however, the furnishings and kitchen items could use replacing. None of the knives were sharp, and the dishes and plastic utensils were worn. The staff members could not have been nicer nor more helpful. The housekeeping staff was not very good, though. We love the location of the resort, and we will probably stay here again. Next time we are hoping that the kitchen has new dishes, knives and utensils.

Very kid friendly and the central location allowed for us to explore daily within walking distance. About 15 minutes to the zoo and aquarium, about 20 minutes from the Sydney Opera House.
There was no washer and dryer in our rooms but the front desk provided coins and laundry soap for us.
A mini market is located downstairs around the corner.
Housekeeping was exceptional! They provided us with fresh towels upon request.
Over all a great home away from home.

A family member is currently on a trial period with Wyndham hotel resort and we stayed here for one night. We were invited to a complimentary buffet breakfast at 7:15am the morning of our departure and were given a complimentary bottle of wine on arrival. After our 'complimentary' hotel breakfast we were ambushed by hotel management to inform us that if we did not attend a 45 minute information session that we would be charged $100, on top of our already expensive room, to pay for breakfast as we were not willing to attend the session. After speaking to 2 of the hotel staff we were told that there was nothing that could be done and that we should be prepared to pay for our 'free' breakfast if we weren't going to have a one on one seminar with a manager. This would have been fine if we were informed of these conditions attached to accepting complimentary products however we were not and I believe that it was unfair on their behalf. In the end they did accept our decline and decided not to charge us for the breakfast or make us go to the seminar as it was our first stay and we had been told the wrong information. This has dampened our experience with Wyndham resorts and has made us feel quite negative and hesitant about rebooking.

Bad! Room is nothing like the one showed to us through the seminar. There was no air flow through the room even with balcony window open. Apparently the spare blanket in the built in wardrobe for the pull out sofa doesn't get washed as it was covered in millions on hairs. We had 2 nights booked and only stayed the one. Over all was a pretty crap experience. Glad I did not invest in this!

I had the opportunity to visit one of the suit. It was very well organised and modern. The location is very convenient too. Close to everything. The Price could be cheaper

The rooms were fully equipped with a kitchen and a spacious bathroom. The view from the twelfth floor was amazing and the hotel overall is conveniently located. Would recommend.
