Got shutters installed they have not gone the distance after a bit of sun, cracks in the material nails in the shutters not screws product is lacking, not again found a lot if faults. Due to the shoddy work man ship if you what over priced stuff go here if you what a product to go the extra mile go elsewhere

Never ending delay, no one going to tell you about it, a 6 weeks jobs, become over 3 months wait and still don’t know when can be completed. You have to phone them and ask, every time, they told you something is missing, still under order, etc....

I can highly recommend 2 guys from Willoughby Wynstan - first Peter, who did the measure and quote - very helpful and practical. Then Tom, who came on a Saturday, had to wait for us to arrive, but was cheerful and extremely helpful and pleasant. Thanks to you both.

We ordered parts from wynstan blinds. Worst service ever. It took six weeks to get wrong parts and things missing. They even tried to send us to someone else around the corner. Forget ringing them..they won't answer

The installer contractor Michael (and His Wife Danni) were so helpful, courteous and went out of his way to to get our blinds installed.

[Review in progress] Efficient inspection booking. Competitive prices compared to other Sydney retractable flyscreen providers. Will revise this review and scoring in 6 weeks once product is delivered. So far, very impressed with Jerome, Kirra and the team there.

I had a difficult area in my bedroom to instal shutters. After a few consultations to find the best solution, we found it.
Ryan, the installer, is professional, caring and very good at his work. The shutters look great and function very well.
The Reception staff were very helpful along the way.
I would recommend Wynstan. I have order more shutters and venetians from them.

Poor quality retractable door and ill-fitted.
The flyscreens were not even attached to the window frames and had to call them back to put hinges on which they reluctantly did in a hurry, leaving big gaps on either side.
Would not recommend them.

I can't praise Wynstan of Kensington enough. Jerome came to give me a quote and was punctual, professional and sorted out an option for an awkwardly placed fly screen. Adam, who fitted the screen, was also punctual, very professional and excellent at his job. Everyone I dealt with at Wynstan was friendly and helpful and I will definitely go back to Wynstan should I need more work done.

We needed a security fly wire door for our home and opted for the CrimSafe door. The whole process was very professional and timely; the installers arrived on time and did a good job. Very happy with the door.

I got some roller blinds and the whole process was really easy and efficient. Wynstan communicated well throughout and the price was very competetive.

They were very helpful and kept in touch re the delivery status. There were a couple of problems with installation and Wynstan was terrific about fixing the problems promptly. The shutters and flyscreens look great. Highly recommended.

incredibly slow service

The blinds themselves are ok. However, staff failed to book in installation date as agreed. Customer services helpline were rude and unhelpful, failing to return calls. When installation did occur the gentleman was fantastic, taking a blind back to the factory on his way home for resizing. Due to the problems they offered a 4 year extended warranty as an apology, however only a 1 year warranty was posted. Not a good experience and I won't use them again unfortunately.
