Worse medical centre I've been to in Australia! 4+ hours wait whether you've got pancreatitis, a broken arm or concussion. No assistance for elderly or disabled clients. Huge turn over of doctors see a different one each visit. Don't actually treat the symptoms only write a medical certificate. The wonderful Nurses were the only good aspect of this practise all the one star goes to them alone. Refused to see a quadriplegic client. A very discriminatory practise.

Can wait up to 3 hours sometimes to see a doctor. Some of them spit you back out the door as soon as they can, other doctors seem to take the time to listen and investigate.

Admin staff are very honest with wait times and allow you to go shopping while waiting which is fantastic. Not like other medical centre that force you to wait two hours in waiting room. There is a long wait time, and I hope management can improve that, but it is recommended.

Wait time of over 3 hours. If you mention it to the staff they look at you as though 'so what do you expect', it's a walk-in clinic? Thankfully the doctor was quite good. I wouldn't rush back to waste 3 hours of my day again though.

Was told the wait was 30 minutes, waited over an hour. Compared to some of the other wait times it seems like we were lucky! Be prepared to wait a lot longer than the front desk tells you. Doctors are good and do what they can

A bit of a wait especially when you have little ones and expecting them to keep themselves entertained for 3 hours apart from that great that everything is under one roof pathology etc

It is true that there is a very long wait for a doctor at this medical centre (no exceptions) but there is more than one doctor here who is worth waiting to see - in my opinion, the best GP on the Central Coast is located at this centre. So if you need to see a really good doctor, take your ipad or a book and keep yourself occupied while you wait. Which doctor? Dr Areej George is absolutely wonderful. I know most of her patients would curse me for letting the cat out of the bag by posting here and sharing this secret but wonderful doctors are hard to find so I am sharing. I will say, waiting for a doctor as an adult is different to waiting for a doctor as a child and when your child is really unwell, sometimes it is just too long to wait here. It would be great if the centre did appointments for children. If you need a bulk-billing centre to get a child in very quickly, I would recommend the medical centre in the Reliance building at West Gosford - they take appointments and you will go straight in.

To all the ungreatful people having a sook over the waiting time to see a doctor. Get over your self its a bulk billing medical center its always busy full of patience offcouse there will be thundereds of patience that come in before you, expect to the wait.
