Nurses and doctors were terrific rang me twice to ask how I was and gave me more info on my condition

The nurses here are lovely let me start by saying that. The doctor I had however was rude. Sighed constantly while I was with him as if I was an annoyance. Cold and harsh to someone who was sick and anxious. Even told me to not come back unless it was a "real emergency " though I hadn't slept for days, in pain, worried and was unable to see my regular doctor due to work. I would try elsewhere.

Outstanding teamwork and rapid decision-making saved the life of someone in my family during an anaphylactic incident that became complicated. Forever grateful. Good on you, Wyong Hospital.

Had day surgery a few months ago, staff were lovely and friendly. a good experience, well for surgery anyway ☺️

I am a medical professional with a private health insurance and this is unethical. Not a hospital but a pure profit company. Incompetence meets greed. A disgrace to call this hospital. Came as emergency with an abcess. They wanted 300$ and announced to take xrays. Which is nonsense. I left and rather did the necessary surgery myself.

Fracture Clinic really quick considering many patients. Been twice, both times out within 2 hours including with xrays being completed. Nice Staff straight to the point.

My friend has just been discharged from Wyong Hospital after hernia surgery yesterday. He was delighted with the entire experience. Every staff member he encountered was friendly, professional and thorough. He cannot speak highly enough of their thoughtfulness and care.
I made a few phone enquiries and was very pleased with the friendliness of the reception staff also.

I went to Wyong Hospital emergency with chest pains staff were fantastic and they were very thorough and professional as they always are and have been over the years always polite and respectful, thank you to the wonderful staff

From Triage to ED to S1...nurses, doctors, domestic staff etc..... can't say enough great things about them. My mothers recent unexpected 2 night stint was not where she really wanted to be but the staff of WDH were all fantastic. 10 out of 10 👍

these people bust their asses for you they need all the encouragement we can give. thankyou staff great job
