Xtream Hand Car Wash

They will tell you that it need deep clean or it will damage your car balabalabala... then. It's $90!! I asked for normal cleaning and they said it is only external clean, vacuum clean is not included. WTF! I can say that the $90 clean only worth $35 in other car wash!

Wasn't clean at all Guess they didn't bother vacumn the spots with any items on the seats. It was left unclean
and not vacuumed.

Dodgy job - Don't go there. I complained to Centre Management who are being very helpful- suggest anyone else who has bad experience does the same

Was a decent car wash before business changed hand a few months ago.

Chose to trust the new owners and purchased a new voucher since they are Korean as well and was expecting same services. Was told can use voucher on all my cars as long as I pay off any differences for the larger suv.

Took suv to them, voucher use was refused as we offer to pay the monetary difference, told us they can probably work something out nxt day when manager is there. Went back today, all we were met with was an arrogant man that's not interested at all in the issue and refuse to honour what's been promised. They make no monetary loss as we are happy to pay any gaps.

The money is small and not even an issue, how they conduct business is. Wish they have a blast dealing with fair trading.

These guys simply do not know how to wash a car. The car appeared clean however, it is now covered in scratches. They simply tried to wash it dry. I will now need to polish and wax the car to restore it to a respectable state.

I took my brand new Mazda Maxx 3 for the first car wash. The guy suggested I go for the $90 wash/wax treatment and when I asked how long will it take he said and hour ..?!? A wax alone would take over an hour..when I said forget it, I want a good job done it's the first wash you can't do a good job in an hour. His reply..6 people do 😳so I thought ok. When I returned the same young girl who I saw earlier was there & a man who was not dressed to be washing cars sitting in the office. I paid my $90 and drove the car out.
Once parked outside I discovered 2 scratches in a very odd place (bottom of back door) approx 4cm long side by side. I didn't see this till the car was outside in the sun I found wax marks & even a dirty cloth left inside.
The Koreans who run this dodgy car wash are rude and the service is horrendous.
Do not take your car here!
