Overpriced and would not recommend. Went in to fix my Samsung S6 LCD screen as it was a black screen but the lights were still working. When I got it back (screen replaced) all my data had been swiped, lost everything on my phone.

Fantastic service! Smashed phone screen as I finished work and needed a repair ASAP, ran into the store almost on closing time and they kindly helped me out and did a fantastic phone repair at a very reasonable cost with genuine parts for my iPhone 6s. We had the most amazing customer service experience here. Sachin and Denil were most helpful and repaired my girlfriends iPhone when it was very badly water damaged. They fixed it on the spot and spent a lot of time helping us. We are so grateful and will highly recommend to anyone who needs a quick, cheap and reliable phone fix. Thanks boys!

Worst experience. Don't go to these guys. They fixed by screen for galaxy S7 and in doing that damaged the back cover with cover coating peeled off making it white. I wasn't told of such a damage that might happen. Although it shouldn't during fixing. Destroys the whole purpose of having it replaced in first place! They werent willing to pay me for original same back cover. Just making me settle for an after market one which wasn't original Samsung even. The owner was least concerned rather complaining for his off Sunday weekend getting spoiled! Bad experience overall.

Best place to get your phone fixed. I had my samsung galaxy s7 edge lcd repair in only 30 mins. I got the cheapest repairing price from center ,on top that one of the staff gave me free screen guard. Good services. I really recommend people to go there for phone services and accessories.

Best store for customer service and customer satisfaction. I had broken screen for Samsung galaxy s7 and i got my screen fixed. Also they have wide range of accessories to choose from. So whatever issue you have in device, if you visit this store , you will get your issues solved with reasonable price, best quality products and good customer service. They have staff with deep knowledge and i was served by Denil P. I think everyome should try this store for buying new accessories and to fix issues in device. Also they are offering free spinners if you buy any product from them. I got mine already.

Fixed my screen but the careless 'technician' damaged the camera cable, causing my phone to enter a permanent bootloop. No repsonse when I tried to email them about the issue either.

Best phone store in Hornsby, we had our iPhone screen fixed at a chinese shop before going to Xtreme, and it was a complete disaster as the phone screen kept on coming on and off. But then we went to the this store in westfield last weekend, they fixed the iPhone by putting on a new screen and good thing, its working perfectly. The guy who helped us is friendly and knew exactly what we were going through. Highly recommended!!!

I broke my s7 edge screen. Every other store quoted at least $550. Xtreme fixed back and front screen for $350 and fixed it perfectly. They have fixed previous phones of mine and always perfectly. Customer service is great and fees are transparent. Well worth the visit!

These guys are amazing! Smashed my iphone 6s plus yesterday morning and went to this store in the evening. It was really badly smashed as i dropped it when on my bike! He took one look and said 'give me 25minutes.' I gave him a contact number and 20minutes later he called and I went into the store and it was brand new. Really nice people in there and super fast. Very happy with the service. $299 for the whole service but I had to get it fixed. A great service.

Warning. Warning. Crooks inside! These dishonest people refused to exchange iPhone 6 case which had not been touched - we got a 6s instead of a 6 Plus by mistake but they would not exchange for the 6 Plus they had in-store. We had not even removed it from the case but noticed our mistake and took it back four days after Christmas. They opened it in the store THEN CLAIMED we had voided the warranty! They laughed in our faces as we stormed out having lost $60. Dishonest, arrogant store. Avoid them like the plague.

we had an unfortunate experience having our screen replaced the iPad was totally unusable and we did not get a full refund,we took it to extreme and a very helpful girl repaired the screen,however it didn't,t function the first time so she ordered in a special screen which fixed the problem and also repaired the off on button that the other place had broken,they did give a warranty, we were happy with the service and would recommend their service

After replacing my iPad screen it still wasn't functional. However I took it back and received a full refund. It was unfortunate that this happened to me. Though the customer service I received was of the upmost professional and friendly! :)
