Yarangobilly Thermal Pools

A beautiful swimming spot with great views. The water naturally warm and so clear. The pool is built over a thermal spring. Toilets and changing rooms available. Picnic facilities are also provided. It's a long steep walk to get to the pool from car park.

Fantastic oasis in the middle of the Snowy Mountains. A great place to take the kids for a unique experience.

Excellent bush swimming naturally warmed to 27deg.. Thermal spring feeds this 25 m pool surrounded by large grassed area and picnic tables. Set in a small deep valley with beautiful view. Location includes toilets & change rooms. Access via a steep walk (700m) or a longer flat riverside walk (1.4km).

It was so beautiful and the pool was nice and warm. The bottom of the pool is the riverbed, so sand and rocks and weeds. The pool sides are pretty Grose and slimy. The pool is really deep, you probably can't stand on the bottom. Bri g something to float around on like a pool noodle.

The water is refreshingly cool (approx 25) and the walk back tests your stamina but it's a nice place to relax and enjoy the scenery.
