Yasasi Japanese Restaurant

I ordered the Spicy Karaage, the spring rolls and the pork fried gyoza. The Karaage wasn't a big hit, but was reasonable. The spring rolls were nice and the gyoza were unusual but surprisingly nice, I had never seen them like that. It took about an hour to get to my house using UberEats. All the reviews on this restaurant don't represent the quality of the restaurant for the most part, at least what I ordered. Sadly, it seems this restaurant's food quality has deteriorated over time.

Used to get this every Friday was great. Last few weeks we have had one hour late delivery’s and barely edible food.

Ordered via menulog and food never arrived. Tried calling the store with no answer.

One of the WORST takeaways we have ever had.. Spent over 80$ and all the raw salmon & tuna sushi fish were off .... The tuna was a light grey colour and smelt horrible - as did the salmon. It was completely uneatable and we had to throw it all out. We ordered 3 tempura hand rolls and you'd think they would be half decent as they were $7 each but instead all it had in it was a led tasting prawn tempura and nothing else; no mayo, no cucumber, nothing!!!! Our last dish we ordered was teryaki tofu and mushrooms which was $17 and not one mushroom in sight and 4 pieces of tofu. Not happy

Ordered through UberEats at 6.20pm, waited until 8.10pm only to have the order CANCELLED. Called the restaurant, to receive no apology and no solution, only that the Uber driver had cancelled. Woeful. Will never order from this restaurant again or use UberEats.

Been going here for ages. Normally always good food. Service tonight was pretty bad though. Didn't bring the drinks out we ordered until reminded - not even water for the table. Salad had a number of rotten leaves in and they didn't remember part of our order either. The place wasn't even busy. Not sure we'll return anytime soon.

One of the best Japanese restaurants in Mosman, consistently good.

Me and my friends love Japanese and had high hopes for our ordered food. We were most disappointed however when our delivery order arrived 20 minutes late with spilt soup in the bottom of a plastic bag. All together with delivery the two dishes cost $20 each, which did not suit the quality of food provided. My overcooked pork with excessive fat had to be picked out of my soup. It was almost as if we were served leftovers and lower quality food as takeaway diners. We love finding new good Japanese restaurants. This however is not one. We wish we ordered from somewhere else and wont be ordering from this place again.

Terrible! Take away order and they left off two dishes and took 30 min more than they said it would take. Could not provide edamame nor brown rice! Obviously having a bad day but will never go back.
