Yass Valley Property

As a young couple, my partner and I feel that this real estate does not want to associate with us purely because of our age.
We have expressed to them many times that due to our private rental being sold, we are needing to find a house before April 20 (less than a month). Yass Valley Property has not helped or supported us in any way, we yet again feel like we are not being taken seriously in such situation because of our age.

After waiting 2 weeks for one of the agents to contact us to arrange a time that suited her to look at a rental, we have called to remind her yet still have not been contacted by her, way more than two weeks later.
With another property we were under the impression she had submitted our application for such property, after viewing the rental she asked us if we wanted to apply and we expressed our interest asking if we were in need of filling out a seperate application for this property (because we had recently applied for a rental unit days before) and she stated she could use the application that they had at the office. Weeks later, we discover that no such application was ever brought forward to the landlord by the real estate for us (as promise). Isn't it lovely to put your trust in a real estate in such desperate times and have them fail you more than once!
Much more has made our experience at this real estate horrible. Dealing with the 3 women there, we found that they are all rude and uncaring for potential customers of their business. They don't go the extra mile to make you feel welcome but we are definitely made to feel as if we are purely there and being communicated with by them because it is their job.
Such a stressful couple of weeks it has been, desperately looking for any rentals in Yass. We put hope in this real estate that they would be understand and helpful in such a hard situation for us but the lack of empathy or support from this real estate proved us wrong.
Extremely disappointed in the actions from this real estate, they have been very unprofessional towards us on many occasions.
