Yd Shellharbour

We got a few different styles of ties for a wedding. Great selection but poor service. Sales clerk insisted on entering my contact details saying it would assist in doing a refund. On the wedding day, we lost the receipt in all the madness and the exact same sales clerk absolutely refused to give a refund so we got store credit. Next day we found the receipt and the same clerk still wouldn't swap store credit for refund. Lame.

I was thoroughly impressed by the service and knowledge of the staff at YD Shellharbour. They were able to answer all of my questions with minimal fuss and promptness, the products I chose were always well matched with related products by staff members who were committed to an exceptional customer experience, would highly recommend a visit, as I'll be going back soon!
